Thank you for shopping with The Southern Peach Company! We are dedicated to creating unique, handcrafted jewelry and ensuring your order reaches you safely and efficiently.
1. Order Processing Time
All items from The Southern Peach Company are handcrafted and either made to order or are part of our exclusive, limited collections. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we require time to meticulously prepare and package each item.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our studio. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship all orders via USPS. At checkout, you will be able to select from available shipping options, which may include:

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery address. These costs will be clearly presented to you during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active.
5. Domestic Shipping (USA)
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.
6. International Shipping

At this time, The Southern Peach Company does not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
The Southern Peach Company is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We are also not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please refer to our No Refund, No Return, No Exchange Policy regarding exceptions for items damaged during shipping. You must contact us at thesouthernpeachcompany@gmail.com within 48 hours / 3 business days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.
