3.2 Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price. Payment must be received by us prior to our acceptance of an order.

3.3 Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

3.4 Shipping & Delivery: We will ship products to the address provided by you. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from The Southern Peach Company pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

3.5 No Refunds, No Returns, No Exchanges: All sales are final. Due to the unique, handcrafted, and often limited-edition nature of our products, The Southern Peach Company maintains a strict no refund, no return, and no exchange policy. This means that once a purchase is made, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect size/fit (please verify dimensions before purchase), color variations, or minor imperfections inherent in handmade items.

**Exception for Damaged/Incorrect Items:** In the rare event that your order arrives *damaged during shipping* or if you receive an *incorrect item* (e.g., wrong product sent), you must contact us immediately at [Your Customer Service Email Address] within **[e.g., 48 hours / 3 business days]** of delivery.
